Realworks Property Sync
A WordPress plugin that syncs Realworks listings into WordPress — built so a realtor site does not keep paying every month to rent the inventory bridge.
A WordPress plugin that keeps a realtor website honest about Realworks: listings, photos, and withdrawn objects stay in sync with the office system, without someone pasting them into WordPress by hand.
The problem
Dutch real-estate offices already manage their portfolio in Realworks. The website is just the public face of that data. Packaged “makelaar websites” still often sell the Realworks connection as a recurring monthly line — and over a few years that quiet subscription becomes the expensive part.
I wanted the opposite: ordinary WordPress for the site, and a reliable sync for the inventory. So I built the bridge once, instead of renting it every month.
What the plugin does
- Pulls objects from the Realworks API and creates or updates the matching WordPress posts
- Keeps media attached to the right listing, and can clean up attachments when a property leaves the site
- Runs in batches with a resumable queue, so large portfolios do not hit PHP timeouts
- Reconciles the public site when objects disappear from the feed or are marked withdrawn
- Shows progress in the WordPress admin, with logs you can actually read when something fails
- Optional WP-CLI and scheduled runs for recurring sync on a live server
Who it is for
Agencies (or builders working for them) that already have WordPress and Realworks, and mainly need the feed to stay correct — not a full turnkey realtor platform with support on speed dial.

The plugin is private for now. If you want to use it, talk about a site that needs this sync, or just poke at how it works — get in touch.
The longer story: Realtor websites bill you every month for Realworks. That adds up fast
Stack
WordPress plugin in PHP, talking to the Realworks API. Current line is v1.3 — queue-based sync, reconciler, media registry, WP-CLI, and admin REST endpoints for a non-blocking sync UI.
