Hi, I'm Tomas. I live in the Netherlands and lead the Video & Audio AdTech team for the Netherlands and Belgium at DPG Media, after several years at RTL and Ad Alliance.

Outside work, I'm into technology, cars, and cycling. I ride gravel, tinker with cars, and like finding ways to make everyday things a little easier: connecting tools through MCP, automating something at home, or building a place to keep track of car maintenance. I like understanding how things work, which usually leaves me with more project ideas than time.

For a long time, most of those ideas stayed in my head. I could picture what I wanted to make, but finishing it often felt beyond what I could do on my own. AI has changed that. I can now build things I wouldn't have known how to complete before, and turn an idea into something I can actually use, test, and improve.

Sharing is the next step, and it's one I've tended to avoid. A project rarely felt ready to show, and writing about it was a hurdle of its own. I'm much more comfortable talking through an idea than turning it into a clear article, especially in English.

So, to be upfront: the texts on this site are written with AI, based on my own ideas, experiences, and input. That includes this page. I'd rather publish that way than leave everything unwritten.

Here you'll find projects, experiments, and occasional notes on whatever has caught my interest, shared while I'm still working on them. If you spot something I've missed, know a better approach, or want to try something I'm building, I'd love to hear from you. I'm curious to see what happens once these ideas leave my head.
